The HES-SO Master of Science in Business Administration (MSc BA) trains professionals to thrive in a constantly changing economic environment. This program meets current market needs by developing strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills that enable students to transform challenges into concrete opportunities.
The major in Entrepreneurship (Innovation & Growth) at HEG Fribourg places particular emphasis on putting knowledge into practice and learning by doing. Students develop their ability to identify new business opportunities, innovate within existing organizations, or start their own businesses.
At the heart of the program is the innovative VIA – Ventures in Action project, a unique experience that allows students to move from theory to practice: students set up a real company, develop a business model, test their concept on the market, and interact with real customers, partners, and investors. This immersion offers them the opportunity to test their ideas against the reality of the market, experience entrepreneurial decision-making, and develop the skills essential for success in a dynamic and competitive professional environment.

Learning how to think in an entrepreneurial way and gaining the ability to take decisive and all-inclusive action are some of the key qualifications and fundamental building blocks of a Master of Science in Business Administration program, with a Major in Entrepreneurship (Innovation and Growth). Special attention is given to developing both analytical and action-oriented competencies as well as outstanding interpersonal skills.
