The Finance Institute specializes in financial management. Our areas of interest cover corporate investment and finance, together with topics linked to crypto-currencies, Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), robo-advisers and, more generally, recent developments in fintech.

The aim of the Food Ecosystem Institute is to assist the entire Food Ecosystem to transition to the Industry 4.0 era and put in place sustainable development strategies.

We are committed to supporting organizations in the fields of public management and sustainable development, through innovative approaches that respond to the challenges facing society today and tomorrow.

Our training, research projects and advice are aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, from their start-up phase and throughout development, through innovation or internationalization projects, to takeover.

The Center for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CCRS) is an associated institute at the School of Management Fribourg (HEG-FR). Its aim is to explore the role of the private sector in sustainable development on the local and global level. Our research activities focus on the creation of knowledge that is of practical relevance and contributes to the design of institutions in business and public policy that are conducive to achieving a more sustainable society. In this context, the CCRS also promotes the role of Switzerland as a hub for the exchange and application of innovative, future-oriented ideas.
