Organization
The structure of the School of Management Fribourg is based on our four fields of activity:
- Bachelor and Master programs (in compliance with the Bologna Process),
- Postgraduate training and executive education programs,
- Applied research & development Advisory, cooperation, and fundraising.
Advice ensures the systematic transmission of the ideas and demands of primary stakeholders.

Governance
Management
The School of Management Fribourg is managed by a school director, who is supported by deputy directors. The director is responsible for his or her school as a whole and in particular, for the school's budget and finances.
Advisory board
The Advisory Board of HEG Fribourg is an auxiliary consultative body which supports the management of the school on the strategic development of teaching, research and services.
Participatory Council
In accordance with the 2015 law on Universities of applied sciences in Western Switzerland / Fribourg, HEG Fribourg took the first steps towards setting up a Participatory Council in spring 2018.
