The HEG-FR signs a partnership with Suffolk University in Boston

The School of Management Fribourg (HEG-FR) strengthens its network of academic partners by signing a "Mutual cooperation and collaboration contract for international student mobility" with the prestigious Suffolk University based in Boston. This agreement is one of the rare opportunities for undergraduates to participate in an exchange in the United States so opening up new perspectives for students at the HEG-FR.

The School of Management Fribourg (HEG-FR) is proud to announce that on April 25, 2023, the signing of an agreement with Suffolk University, located in Boston, Massachusetts, in the United States, to offer its undergraduates the unique opportunity of participating in an exchange. The academic mobility contract provides that students from the HEG-FR will have the opportunity to spend a semester in the United States, while American students from Suffolk University will spend a week in Switzerland to discover the culture and meet the students of the Master in Entrepreneurship.

It is also within the framework of this new collaboration that the HEG-FR will welcome students from Suffolk Sawyer Business School, Suffolk University, and its Dean, Prof. PhD Amy Zeng, on May 6-12, 2023. The comprehensive program includes visits to Fribourg companies and startups, as well as courses and joint case studies with Master's students at the HEG-FR.

This agreement is of great importance for the School of Management Fribourg. Very few American universities offer the opportunity of an exchange semester to undergraduates. This contract is recognition of the quality of education provided by the HEG-FR and demonstrates its commitment to developing opportunities for its students. Swiss students will therefore be able to gain international experience and broaden their horizons, while American students will discover Switzerland and its working methods
