An integrated way to develop leadership and management skills
The curriculum develops your leadership style while enhancing your managerial and innovation know-how. The original program structure consisting of two and a half days in-class training every three weeks ensures that managers in demanding positions are still fully involved in their work and their families.
Joining our Executive MBA program is a deeply enriching experience.

Learning experiences
Consulting Project & Coaching
The individual consulting project is a chance to combine new knowledge and practice through an operational assignment within your current organization, or through a specific project for another company, or through an entrepreneurial venture. Depending on the subject involved, a professor will act as a coach and contact person, supporting you in this process and advising you towards your objectives.
Capstone Experience
The Capstone Experience is an opportunity to blend the various learnings into a consulting assignment for a local company. Over two and a half days, the participants will work individually and in teams to provide answers to a company’s strategic questions. All agree that the Capstone is intense and memorable, as is the life-changing process of taking part in our EMBA.

Admission requirements
Strong motivation
Ability and commitment to participate in discussions and to add thought-provoking ideas to lessons.
Language skills
Ability to express oneself and contribute to discussions in French and English.
At least some knowledge of German.
Academic path
Bachelor, Master or equivalent.
Admission by application
in case of other diploma.
Proven leadership
Significant professional experience of at least seven years (ten years in the case of admission by application).

Fees
CHF 34’000.–
This cost includes tuition, stay abroad (excluding travel and meals), course materials in the form of computer or paper documents, examination fees, as well as support for personal consulting work.
