Dr. Rico Baldegger, Director of the School of Management Fribourg (HEG-FR), has been invited to deliver the keynote speech at the 2022 ICSB and UN Forum for Entrepreneurs and Micro-, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.
Our Dean Rico Baldegger talks about the future of entrepreneurship, the role of business schools, and the acitivies the School of Management Fribourg is doing to promote sustainability and entrepeneurship with our students, faculty, alumni and the regional ecosystem with the MSME in the center.
The forum lays the foundation for a common global narrative on how MSMEs can make their major impact in achieving and leading the SDGs. It is organized by The International Council for Small Business (ICSB) with its partners.
Like every Business School, we try to be close to MSMEs. In the end, we believe that it is good to keep young talent in our local MSMEs and not always let them go into the big hubs. This way, we can create central compentences and not a brain loss.
