On 2 December, the School of Management Fribourg hosted a "Soirée dialogue" on the topic of "Switzerland’s negotiations with the EU". The event was held under the patronage of the association Lucerne Dialogue, an international dialogue platform which is committed to a strong Europe with an open Switzerland at its heart.
Following a stimulating Oxford-style debate, the audience had the opportunity to engage in a lively discussion with School of Management Fribourg alumna Claudine Esseiva and legal expert Georges Bindschedler. The event was moderated by Rudolf Merkle. During the networking reception, discussions continued in a more informal setting. Pascal Wild, Director of the School of Management Fribourg, and Dominik Isler, Director of Lucerne Dialogue, expressed their great satisfaction with the event and hope to repeat it again in 2025.
