ViA: Ventures in Action is an innovative teaching module, unique in Switzerland. It was developed by the School of Management Fribourg as part of the Master of Science in Business Administration, major in Entrepreneurship.
Business Administration, major in EntrepreneurshipIn an increasingly competitive, rapidly evolving marketplace, a successful business must understand its market’s critical success factors and its position relative to them. This understanding must be efficiently and effectively translated into prioritized projects and management actions.
Through this module, students learn to proactively build upon the business’s strengths, mitigate the business’s weaknesses, capitalize on market opportunities, and defend against market threats.
With the guidance of expert coaches, students are taken through the process of setting up their own company, which in turn supports entrepreneurship and innovation in the canton of Fribourg.
