The Observatory Association, founded as a public-private partnership, brings together 18 members linked to the Fribourg property market, with the mission of promoting transparency in rental information through a strategic monitoring tool.
Following the resignation of President Rico Baldegger, two members of the steering committee were elected as president and vice-president.
Ms. Gilberte Schär (USPI Fribourg) will assume the presidency, assisted by Mr. Pierre Mauron (ASLOCA Fribourg) as vice-president.
