Nicolas Tallat

After an initial training in economics, Nicolas Tallat completed a commercial pilot's license. He holds a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Klagenfurt in Austria.

For over 20 years he has been active in national and international project management.  

From December 2000 to the end of February 2023 he held various positions at the Federal Office of Armaments (armasuisse).

  • 2000 - 2009: Head of various major projects, including for the Swiss Air Force
  • 2009 - 2012: Diplomat and head of the armasuisse office in Brussels (representative of the Head of Armaments at NATO in the context of Partnership for Peace, as well as advisor to the Head of Mission of the Swiss Mission to NATO and the Head of Mission of the Swiss Mission to the European Union)
  • 2012 - 2019: Head of multilateral relations armasuisse, Bern
  • 2019 - end February 2023: Head of industrial relations and deputy head of external relations armasuisse

In 2019 Nicolas Tallat founded the sole proprietorship TSPP (www.tspp.ch), specializing in consulting & coaching and training. Nicolas Tallat has been self-employed since March 2023. 

Since 2017, he teaches at the Haute Ecole de Gestion de Fribourg (Bachelor level - project management and supply chain management as well as in various CAS at the HEG). Since 2023, Nicolas Tallat has been in charge of the CAS in project management at HEG Fribourg. He also teaches leadership courses for the State of Fribourg's continuing education program. 

Perfectly bilingual, he has the ability to teach and advise in several languages, and to meet and solve complex challenges.
