Forschung und Dienstleistungen
Die HSW-FR im Dienste der Unternehmen
2019 standen die Forschungs-, Ausbildungs- und Dienstleistungsaktivitäten der HSW-FR unter dem Motto «Verbindung von neuen Technologien und Business». Mit vielfältigen Aktivitäten haben wir den digitalen Wandel und dessen Interaktion mit der Ökonomie aufgegriffen. Zum einen untersuchten wir die Digitalisierung in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen sowie die Thematik «Künstliche Intelligenz und Personalmanagement»; beide Forschungsergebnisse sind mittels öffentlicher Events rege kommuniziert worden.
Die Institute
Neben Lehre und Forschung offerieren die Institute der HSW-FR Beratungsleistungen für Unternehmen und Organisationen, womit wir unter anderem die HSW-FR im Mandats- und Fundraisingbereich als zuverlässigen Partner für KMU und Non-Profit-Organisationen verankern.

Mit unserer praxisorientierten Forschung verfolgen, unterstützen und lancieren wir neue Entwicklungen in der Wirtschaft und gewinnen Erkenntnisse, die in unseren Lehrbetrieb einfliessen.
Highlights 2019
Der Verein hat eine Webseite - www.immolab-fr.ch - eingerichtet, um einerseits die öffentlich-private Partnerschaft, welche die Umsetzung des Monitors unterstützt, sichtbar zu gestalten und anderseits ihre Mission, ihre Gliederungen, ihre Rahmenbedingungen, ihre Herkunft und ihre Ergebnisse darzustellen.

The subject of cryptocurrencies, tokens and digital assets is an emerging field. It attracts an increasing amount of attention in the world of business as well as academia. When a new subject is developing, it is important to use one common language. In order to help creating a shared terminology we wrote this book.

Die HEG Freiburg gratuliert Dr. Pascal Wild herzlich zum Abschluss seiner Doktorarbeit an der Universität Genf. Er besitzt somit den Doktortitel der Wissenschaft mit Auszeichnung im Bereich Sozioökonomie. Der Titel wird durch das Institut de Socio-économie, Faculté des Sciences de la Société verliehen.

Die Studie, Swiss International Entrepreneurship Survey 2019 (SIES 2019) der Hochschule für Wirtschaft Freiburg (HSW-FR) untersucht den Stand des Internationalisierungsverhaltens von Schweizer KMU. Zwischen März und April 2019 wurde eine branchenübergreifende Befragung bei international tätigen Schweizer KMU durchgeführt.
Agile internationale KMU Unternehmer und Erfolgsfaktoren: Ergebnisse des SIES 2019
Fintech allein ist schon ein Zauberwort. Für viele steht es für eine tiefgreifende Transformation, ein neues Paradigma, eine radikale Veränderung des Finanzsektors, den Tod zahlreicher Bankinstitute ... und was weiss ich noch alles! Aber wird es auch so sein? Wer kann das schon sagen?
Fintech und die Bankenwelt: die grosse Herausforderung?
Die Förderung des unternehmerischen Bewusstseins und der positiven Einstellung zum Unternehmertum steht ganz oben auf der politischen Agenda der Schweiz. Dennoch sind die Absichten der Schweizer Bevölkerung, ein Unternehmen zu gründen, geringer (6,9%) als 2017 (10,5%) und sie liegen unter dem Durchschnitt anderer Volkswirtschaften mit hohen Einkommen (17,1%).

Zwischen Fintech, Immobilien und künstlicher Intelligenz haben die Professorinnen und Professoren sowie die Mitglieder des Doktoranden- und akademischen Korps der HSW-FR fast fünfzig Bücher und Artikel veröffentlicht.
