A two-year / four-semester Business English course is taught at the Bachelor level. Topics covered include company structures, recruitment, branding, advertising, retailing, finance, banking, accounting, stock exchange, competition, international trade, business ethics, leadership, travel, etc. Skills that are addressed include writing of formal emails, writing of argumentative texts, presenting, pitching, participating in meetings, etc.
A level assessment takes place in the first week of study; based on this assessment, students are allocated to intermediate or advanced groups. The target level for intermediate groups after four semesters is B2, for advanced groups C1. Dispenses and equivalences can be granted upon presentation of a pertinent successful examination result
