Joao Pedro Oliveira is Head of Support Key Accounts at PostFinance Ltd in Bern, Switzerland. He is in charge of an organizational unit of 50 employees and is accountable for the service, support, and consulting provided to strategic business customers (large corporations and institutional clients). Through dedicated and individualized customer service, he and his team contribue to
the efficient processing of customer payments and enable added value creation by orchestrating the digitalization of payment services. He holds an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Business Administration and is eager to learn more about managing change in a constantly evolving world.
