International exposure and experience for our Master Students

09 Nov 2020

An exciting collaboration between MSc Business Administration, major in Entrepreneurship students from the School of Management Fribourg (HEG-FR) and Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School is well underway with virtual face-to-face office hours currently being held !

Three weeks ago, we launched a brand-new program to enhance the learning experience of 48 students at the Sawyer Business School in Downtown Boston and the School of Management Fribourg (HEG-FR), Switzerland. The aim is to offer a real-life approach to some of the challenges a young startup is confronted with and providing unique insights.

This project was made possible through the partnership of swissnex Boston and both Institutions with two promising startups:

  • AeroShield Materials: an Massachusetts Institute of Technology spinoff manufacturing groundbreaking, insulating, transparent inserts for windows
  • ripe.io: an Agrobusiness startup utilizing blockchain technology to revolutionize the way we approach the food supply chain.

What an amazing international exposure and experience for our Master students, major in entrepreneurship.

Special thanks to all partners for making this possible!
