Vasco Fonsecais Senior Manager Workplace Experience Innovation at Philip Morris International in Lausanne, Switzerland. He holds an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Business Administration and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification. He works with Human Resources, IT and Workplace experts to collect, process and interpret data to derive insights for new solutions.
He is curious about how companies are shaping the new ways of working in today’s context. Finally, he delivered a wide variety of projects (i.e workplace applications, people analytics, organization network analysis, and workplace strategy) where he failed many times and succeeded a few.
