Vanmathy Sommer is currently Global Head of Client Solutions & ESG at Aldelia Ltd, an International Recruitment and HR Consulting company with HQ in London, England and offices on the African Continent and in Brazil. She was born in Sri Lanka, raised in India and has been living in Fribourg since adolescence. She studied at Oxford Brookes University, England.
During her professional career spanning nearly 20 years, she successfully built and led local as well as international teams. She has strong experience in managing P&L, implementing service solutions, improving business processes, and managing key client relations. Moreover, she has been actively involved in non-profit associations for over a decade and was previously chapter co-president at Zonta International.
