Ventures in Action
ViA: Ventures in Action is an innovative teaching module, unique in Switzerland. It was developed by the School of Management Fribourg as part of the Master of Science in Business Administration, major in Entrepreneurship. With the guidance of expert coaches, students are taken through the process of setting up their own company, which in turn supports entrepreneurship and innovation in the canton of Fribourg. The School of Management Fribourg takes great pleasure in presenting the seven start-ups founded within this programme.

Our o3 Ginger Ale was co-developed and produced by Swiss Craft Drinks in Monthey. This craft beer specialist combines state-of-the-art technology and equipment with passion and expert knowledge. Zipback
Zipback are reusable and recycled packaging for online sales. The concept is based on the principles of the circular economy; we provide recycled packaging to online retailers who offer their customers to receive their order in these pouches. Once the order is received, the end customers fold the pouch so that they can put it in the nearest mailbox.
MMXXX
MMXXX (2030) is a card game for teenagers and adults. It encourages them to share a pleasant moment with friends, family or at school while tackling questions on sustainable development. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda must be reached in less than 8 years, but what does the general public know about these themes? To raise awareness of the 17 SDGs and their stakes in a playful way is the challenge we have set ourselves.

Explicit soaps, as its name indicates, are organic soaps dressed with rather daring phrases. The concept is simple: the market being saturated with handmade soaps, the young dynamic team decided to bet on the concept and the branding: soaps to offer as original and nice gifts!
Elevato Coffee
Elevato Coffee was founded by Rebecca Rufer, Marie-Odette Gouanou and Diego Bahena. All three are students in the MsBA program with a specialization in entrepreneurship at the University of Applied Sciences Fribourg (HEG-FR) in the "Venture in Action" course. Elevato Coffe is a community of like-minded companies seeking to balance goals and profits.
