In einem integrierten Managementkontext behandelt Wilson O'Shaughessy den Unterschied zwischen Projektmanagement und Management von operationellen Prozessen. Er verknüpft Vorgehensweisen der strategischen Planung sowohl mit Aspekten des Projektaufbaus als auch mit Leistungsindikatoren.
Since 1984, Thomas D. Zweifel has helped senior executives in 30+ Fortune 500 companies, governments, the UN and the military develop their leadership in the action of meeting strategic objectives. CEO of Swiss Consulting Group, Dr. Zweifel has taught leadership at Columbia University, Haute école de gestion Fribourg, St. Gallen University, and other business schools in Europe, Asia and Australia. He is the author of six books on co-leadership, including Communicate or Die: Getting Results Through Speaking and Listening (SelectBooks, 2003); Culture Clash: Managing the Global High-Performance Team (SelectBooks, 2003); and The Rabbi and the CEO: The Ten Commandments for 21st Century Leaders (SelectBooks, 2008; with Aaron L. Raskin), a National Jewish Book Award and Foreword Book of the Year finalist.
Nach einem Lizentiat in Recht an der Universität Lausanne hatte Eric Décosterd während 28 Jahren führende Positionen bei CIBY-Geigy, Zyma und Novartis in der Schweiz sowie im Ausland inne. Seit 10 Jahren leitet er an der HSW Fribourg das Programm EMBA sowie weitere Nachdiplomstudiengänge. Er unterrichtet in erster Linie die Fächer Marketing und Change Management.
