Further professional development at HEG Fribourg
Our innovative further professional development programs respond to the current and future needs of companies and society and support training throughout working life.
Aimed at specialists and managers in business and public administration, some of these programs are of a general nature, whereas others enable the participants to specialize in a particular field. The courses are generally organized in cooperation with other schools or with professional associations that are recognized at a Swiss federal level. The classes are led by instructors with sound professional experience and knowhow in training adults.
Lifelong learning is the term used to refer to all courses taken after having obtained an initial training certificate. Further training may involve perfecting professional competences or acquiring new knowledge and skills. An average of 150 participants per year complete these training courses at the School of Management Fribourg, which records around 1000 days of short training courses.

Executive MBA
The Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) is a further training qualification in economic science, which corresponds to a minimum of 60 ECTS credits. The aim is to acquire or develop management skills and forge contacts which could be useful to the participants in their careers. The EMBA is primarily aimed at higher-level managers and those with many years of professional experience.

The Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) is a qualification obtained while employed. It corresponds to a minimum of 30 ECTS credits.

CAS Communication institutionnelle
Cette formation aborde les fondamentaux de la fonction communication et passe en revue les grandes disciplines des relations publiques (corporate identity, animation du web et des réseaux, relations presse, événementiel, communication financière, etc.).

Cette formation aborde les fondamentaux de la fonction communication et passe en revue les grandes disciplines de la publicité (gestion de la marque, publicité on- et off-line, promotion des ventes, publicité sur le lieu de vente, etc.).

CAS Compensation and Benefits Management
The Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Compensation and Benefits Management enables students to acquire a sound understanding of the field of total rewards, combining specialised theoretical knowledge with practical experience.

CAS Digital Business Transformation
Cette formation permettra d’identifier les opportunités et les priorités, les challenges externes et internes pour la mise en place des transformations et de comprendre les outils pour accompagner activement le changement dans l’entreprise.

CAS Entrepreneuriat d'impact
Cette formation s'adresse à des responsables au sein d'organisation dont la mission première est d'avoir un impact positif sur la société et non pas la maximisation du profit pour ses fondateurs, ses propriétaires ou ses membres. C’est une autre manière d’appréhender le management d’une organisation.

CAS ESG und nachhaltige Führung
Der Studiengang vermittelt die praxisrelevanten und akademischen Grundlagen für eine nachhaltige Führung mit den Elementen des ESG-Konzepts. Insbesondere erlangen Sie Kompetenzen, um undogmatisch mit den verschiedensten Anspruchsgruppen über Nachhaltigkeit kommunizieren zu können. Sie lernen den Umgang mit Instrumenten, mit denen Sie nicht nur die Nachhaltigkeitsleistung eines Unternehmens/Organisation einschätzen können, sondern die sie auch dabei unterstützen, nachhaltig zu führen.

CAS Gestion de projet
L’objectif de cette formation est de donner aux participantes et participants les outils stratégiques et opérationnels indispensables à la gestion de projet, afin d’améliorer les chances de succès d’un projet. Cette formation vous permettra de vous présenter à l’examen pour obtenir la certification IPMA niveau D.
